Dark Affection Pudding

Per serving:

  • 1 scoop ManaPowder Choco
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds 
  • 1 – 2 tsp. of raw cocoa (for a more chocolatey flavour)
  • 1/2 a banana
  • chopped dark chocolate / crushed cocoa beans for decoration 

1Mix ManaPowder Choco with water, add chia seeds, vanilla, mix thoroughly and wait for the seeds to swell—that is, until they have absorbed all the liquid to form a pudding-like mass. Stir throughout. This should take no more than half an hour.

2If the pudding seems too thin, add more chia seeds and wait a little longer.

3Add the cocoa to the prepared pudding, stir and place the pudding in the fridge and let it set for at least 2 hours. In the meantime, mash the banana in a bowl.

4Pour the blended fruit over the pudding and garnish with chocolate or crushed cocoa beans if desired.
