STORAGE
When stored frozen at -18 °C or below, the ManaBurger will remain fresh for one year from the date of manufacture. Before it is cooked, it should be defrosted, ideally in the refrigerator, and kept cool until the moment of preparation, just like meat. Once defrosted, ManaBurgers should be cooked within 48 hours.
PREPARATION
Defrosted ManaBurgers may be pan-fried, baked, or grilled. You can use a bit of oil if you want, but we recommend cooking them without oil. Grill, fry, or bake for 3 minutes on each side. The outside should be crunchy and golden, while the inside should be pink and juicy.

We’ve developed a burger with the taste and texture of meat, but whose production is significantly more environmentally friendly than factory farming.
For us, care for the planet not only means choosing high-quality ingredients with a small carbon footprint, but incorporating them into a product with a long shelf life, which is thus much more likely to be consumed. When deep-frozen, the ManaBurger will remain fresh for one year.
Our long-term goal is to manufacture all our products in a closed environmental loop; in other words, with no carbon footprint. We are constantly looking for more ecological packaging materials and new ways to reduce waste.
